Creating A Desktop Shortcut
You may easily create a shortcut on your Desktop for a program or URL by following these instructions.
1. Select the program in the Start Menu or the URL in Favorites and highlight it, but don't open it.
2. Press your Applications or Context Menu key and arrow to the Send To Choice and Press Enter.
3. Now use the arrow keys to select the Desktop, Create Shortcut choice and press enter.
4. You will now have created a shortcut to that application or URL on your Desktop. Note: in some cases it will show the name of the program or URL, in others it may say Shortcut to and the name. You may rename it by highlighting it and pressing the Applications or Context Menu key and selecting the rename choice.
