The silicone used in these measuring cups is LMBG grade, one of the highest rated on the market. It meets or exceeds the tough German standards for food safe products. It's also more durable and flexible than basic silicone.

Handy Tips
Use the included storage clip to store your cups or hang them on a hook for use later.

Gourmet Chick, the cooking event facilitator on VIP Conduit

has this to say about them.

Last week on my cooking event I spoke about some great measuring cups.

The cups are made of silicone and are therefore soft material. They collapse for easy storage but the best thing about them is that there is an embossed number set at the bottom of each one that tells of the amount that the cup will hold. No more marking with 2 rubber bands for a half cup etc.

These measuring cups are dishwasher safe and with tolerate temps up to 650 degrees. I know that I will not be working with anything hotter than that!
