Setting A Windows Application To Always Open Maximized
The following instructions will allow you to set a Windows XP application to always open maximized.
1. Press the Start Menu Key followed by P for Programs.
2. Use the Arrow keys to locate the desired application , but don't open it.
3. Press the Applications or Context Menu key.
4. Up Arrow to Properties and press enter. Alternatively you may press R after releasing the Applications or Context Menu key.
5. Tab to the Run box, by default it's set to normal.
6. Use the down arrow to change the radial button to maximize.
7. Tab to the Apply button and press Enter.
8. Last Tab to Ok and press Enter.
That's it, now it will always open maximized. Note: In the case of Outllok Express when you create a new message, you will still need to maximized the new window with Alt- spacebar and than X.
