Microsoft XP Firewall

Norton Personal Firewall

1. On the left side of the Norton Personal Firewall window, click Internet
Status Current Status.
2. In the current status window, click Disable
You can also disable Norton Personal Firewall by right-clicking on the
Norton Personal Firewall icon in the notification area of the windows
taskbar and
selecting disable.
McAfee Internet Security

1. Right Click on the McAfee Icon, point to personal firewall, and the click
Options
2. Click Security Tab at the top
3. Set the Security Level by moving the slider to the desired level. Set the
Access to Low.
4. Click OK to accept
McAffee Firewall

1. You can disable the McAfee Firewall status by clicking on the "Stop
McAfee Firewall" to disable the software.
2. Visit your Network Control Settings from the Welcome to McAfee Firewall
screen and select "Allow All Traffic."
