We've found the following free AntiSpyware program to be very accessible with both Jaws and Window Eyes. SuperAntiSpyware free edition.

Note: This program may also be purchased which adds the ability to schedule scans as well as automatic downloads of updates and real time active protection. This feature will actively block spyware from gaining access to your computer.
Randy, Terry and I are all quite impressed and it works well with our screen readers. Since posting this to the Accessible Devices list we've received messages from subscribers indicating they like it also.
With Window Eyes I was able to use it using only the tab and arrow keys. I needed to use the mouse keys to read the number of files scanned as the scan was in progress.
It gave a report of threats found that was readable with the arrow keys. I had no
interference with the two other antiSpyware products I use.
The program announces when it finishes and Window Eyes read the full report. My full scan took about fifteen minutes, however others indicate that some full scans have run up to an hour. This would, of course, vary with the number of files on the computer and the amount of processing power you have.
This looks like a very good free option for use with screen readers. It actually found one threat the others had failed to detect. Removal was very straight forward, using only the tab and arrow keys.
Note: We have discovered that if you open the Icon in the system tray you can access all the features and they work well with both screen readers. For some reason accessing Preferences from the normal application window on the desktop does not produce the same ease of reading.
Their website, available from the link below, is screen reader friendly.
