JamBox is a very small (about six inches long) fully portable speaker system. The sound quality provided is amazing for a system of that size. It may be used with most any sound producing device as it can be connected either by wire or Bluetooth. When paired with a cell phone, using bluetooth, a built in microphone allows hands free conversation. The device has some built in speech and buttons are different shapes to assist in identification. The JamBox is both very accessible and offers great sound. Unfortunately neither the Jawbone website or their up dater are very screen reader friendly or, for that matter usable, by the average user. Efforts on our part to bring this to their attention have met with, at best, luke warm reception. You may find it necessary to seek sighted assistance. We felt this is something you needed to be aware of before making your decision to purchase or not to purchase.
